Advice and representation regarding
- key documents in the Franchisor-Franchisee Relationship that describe and establish the parties’ critical obligations and rights, including, among others, those pertaining to territory and exclusivity, hidden or high-risk contingencies, renewals or terminations, voluntary or involuntary transfers or sales, non-compete commitments, credit risks, and personal guarantees;
- agreements with Critical Third-Parties such as landlords, lenders, suppliers and contractors; and
- ownership agreements, operating entities and governance documents for ownership groups, financial partners, shareholders and members.
