Preventive and reactive advice, counsel and representation in connection with all federal and state employment laws (e.g., discrimination, disability, medical leave, fair labor standards, etc.) including development of preventive employment policies, practices and procedures; implementation of preventive training for management and employees; assistance with employee misconduct investigations; advice with respect to difficult terminations; advice and representation in response to charges of discriminations filed with the EEOC; defending employment lawsuits filed in state and federal courts.
